Private Tuition

Birch Music School offers a wide range of private music tuition covering all musical genres. We believe in delivering a quality educational package to pupils enabling progression and fulfilment in their desired discipline. Lessons are planned to suit the individual needs of each student:

• Tuition in a range of instruments including vocals.
• To learn read and interpret music or simply play by ear.
• To take examinations with the relevant boards if desired.
• Help with GCSE or A Level Music courses.
• Help with preparation for auditions, competitions or live performances.

In addition, the pupil also has the option of structured free choice learning, this involves the same technical approach but allows the pupil to study music they like and enjoy playing. However the pupil will still be expected to perform and record a minimum number of pieces per course to maintain structured learning. We are dedicated to the individual enabling our tutors to deliver a quality service.

Half hour lesson - £12

Hour lesson - £24

Lessons are bookable in courses of a minimum of one month's duration payable at the beginning of each month.
