• Enthusiasm for music and ability to motivate students.
• Patience and excellent communication skills - much of your time will be spent with different students with different needs, and with their parents.
• High standards of professionalism and professional ethics.
• Good organisation skills and ability to make and maintain records.
• Flexibility and willingness to try new directions.
